ENSP Conference 2022

Since its 1st edition in 2015, the ENSP European Conference on Tobacco Control has matured and become an annual tradition for the Network. It grew from a relatively small activity (around 100 members and partners) to a truly significant international event, still with the European focus, gathering over 400 attendees during the 2019 in-person event (the 4th ENSP-SRP Conference on Tobacco Control in Bucharest, Romania during March 2019) and more than 600 participants in the 2020 ENSP-ECTC Online Edition.

From the very start, the Conference programme was built in a way that allows participants with different backgrounds to come together and share their expertise. Science and advocacy merge in harmony for 3 days of symposiums, discussion panels, thematic group meetings, and hands-on trainings. Furthermore, various project consortium meetings have become a side programme of the Conference as the ENSP Conference allows them to hold internal meetings in parallel and, furthermore, present project outcomes to a broader audience.

The 2022 Conference aims at sharing high-level valuable information and practices, as well as providing delegates with a space to meet and network with like-minded colleagues. To be held in Crete, Greece from the 7th to the 8th of July 2022 (with pre conference meetings and workshops starting on the 6th of July), the 7th Annual European Conference on Tobacco Control will be an in-person event.
